These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and website published by All You Can ("AYC", "we", "us", "our"), including Hanna, Niimi, and Inku (the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using our apps
Our Apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Apps, attempt to reverse-engineer them, or use them in any way that could damage, disable, or impair their functionality for other users.
2. Accounts & content
None of the Apps require an account. Where an App lets you create content — a postcard, a kept thought, a drawing — that content remains yours; we don't claim ownership over anything you make within an App.
3. Purchases
Each App may include a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. These are processed through the Apple App Store and are non-refundable except as required by law — refund requests go through Apple, not us directly. None of our Apps currently use subscriptions.
4. Availability
We aim to keep our Apps reliable and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
5. Limitation of liability
Our Apps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, All You Can is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
